Dear Lord, I want to thank you with all my heart for answering my, and my family's prayers. It may not seem much to some, but my daughter lost my Mothers ring in the sand at the beach 3 days ago. My Mother left it to me 27 years ago, and my Father bought it for her approx 14 years before that. My husband and daughter, and a friend went to the beach last night to try and find it. I thought it would be impossible as we have had so much rain since the night it was lost. Our friend had a metal detector, and found the ring nearly a foot under the sand! The machines battery died about 30 seconds after the ring was found. My whole family prayed and prayed and prayed hoping to find it - not really believing it would be possible. We cried, so relieved it had been found. We realised that Gods prayers truly are answered if we truly believe in him. God brought us all so much closer last night because of these prayers. Ive been working seasonally for the past year in a career I love, but haven't been able to make ends meet. I've been saving for awhile to move to another country and experience the world (I'm only 22), but due to my step fathers death a year ago I had to help out with the family. Two months before my departure I was broke, and needing money in order for my VISA to be valid. I prayed that God would open doors in helping me get to my goal. In doing my taxes they only estimated a small amount I would get on my refund, but somehow they tax filers found double what I would've originally have gotten. I have now reached my goal surprisingly, and no longer need to put off my trip. This was definitely an act of God. - GAMP Less

I want to create a positive atmosphere at their home and hope to remedy the stress that my kids are incountering. Please pray that they each will hear me to create an enviornment free of anger, yelling and silence into a place calm for everyone living there. Help my sons use this new way of looking at things and positive home life to touch their lives positively and help each of them in every area of their life. I pray in gods name that you will help guide me and give me all the support to handle and communicate my thoughts to them. We see this so clearly in His word that says, “But thanks be to God, which giveth us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ!” (1 Corinthians 15:57). In this scripture, we see that if we will begin to give God thanks for the things in our lives that we need victory for, we shall receive victory through our Lord Jesus Christ! Our victory begins with giving God thanks for it first. “But thanks be to God, which giveth us the victory . . .” We give thanks to God, then victory follows!
