Answered Prayer

My prayer was exactly this:

God, if I am meant to have a good man in my life, you're going to have to send him to me because I'm not having any luck on my own. I know that I have some work to do to make room in my life for him. I'll do my part if you will help me.

And I received a phone call from an old friend shortly thereafter - out of the blue. It was not until this week that I remembered praying for it and realized that my prayer had been answered. I prayed sincerely and promptly put it in God's hands - just as we are told to do - and I also set about clearing some things from my life that were detrimental to being able to form a relationship. God has answered my prayer and I will do everything in my power to keep this fantastic relationship going not only in thanks to Him for believing in me but for sending this man to me who believes in me just as much. So glad I found this site so that I can share this. I am not a religious person - you don't have to be - you just have to have faith and a close spiritual relationship with God.
